1. PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITION
These additional promotion terms, together with the governing Terms of Use and Service (henceforth “TOS” found at https://goodgroceries.com.au/policies/terms-of-service) for the Good Groceries website (https://goodgroceries.com.au), make up all of the terms of a promotion use agreement (“agreement”) between the promotion user (henceforth “you”) and us (“Good Groceries Pty Ltd”).
It is important that you have read and understood both the TOS and these additional terms herein before using a promotion on our website. Use of promotion during checkout constitutes agreement to being bound under this agreement and that you have performed the necessary diligence and/or sought the required advice before relying or acting upon the content of this agreement.
The Good Groceries Website and its related services are made available to you in accordance with the TOS. The additional terms under this agreement are not intended to, and do not, limit or supersede any terms under the TOS. Including the right to, without notice, temporarily or indefinitely, suspending or terminating your access to the site in the event of any violations.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, restrict or end any promotion without notice.

2. COUPON, PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNT CODES
We may issue coupons, promotional and discount codes that can be used on this site. Unless otherwise specified by us, these codes cannot be applied to previous orders, used in conjunction with other offers, promotions and/or discounts, be transferred, assignable nor convertible to cash or credit.
You agree that we may, at our discretion, cancel, restrict or otherwise modify terms by which you can use coupons and/or discount codes; in particular, errors in pricing, coupon issues or discount code issues may result in an order cancellation. This includes where you are not the intended recipient of the coupon, promotional or discount code.
Further, you agree that promotions may be automatically applied to your cart, whilst others require a promotion code to be applied during checkout.
The following terms and conditions relate to all promotions, competitions and promotion codes unless otherwise stated:
- Only one discount/promotion/coupon code can be used per order;
- Products may be excluded from discounts/promotions/coupons;
- Product included in discounts/promotions/coupons are subject to change;
- Discount/promotion/coupon codes cannot be retrospectively applied to an existing or previous order;
- Variable % discount promotions are limited to a maximum discount of $35 unless otherwise stated;
- Variable % discount promotions do not apply to shipping fees unless otherwise stated; and
- Personal discount/promotion/coupon codes can only be redeemed through the user account for which the code was offered and registered

3. VARIATION TO AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to these terms including any specific promotion terms & conditions and reserve the right to discontinue any promotion and/or benefits at our discretion.
4. ACTIVE PROMOTIONS
Code: 10_OFF is a promotional coupon for first-time customers that can be used to redeem a 10% discount on their first order. This promotional code expires on 31-12-2022 and can only be used once per customer. All other standard terms apply.
Code: TEN4GOOD is a promotional coupon for existing customers that can be used to redeem a $10 discount on their first order. This promotional code expires on 01-09-2022 and can only be used once per customer. All other standard terms apply.
